Refund and Returns Policy
We have a no return or refund policy, which means you can't return or ask for refunds on your product once delivered.
You can cancel the order before it is processed for dispatch by contacting our support team at adaah.earth@gmail.com.
Wrong product delivered issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hrs of delivery, if the item you received is wrong we will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Important
If your delivery status shows delivered, and you have not received the product, please inform us within 24 hrs of such status change by reaching out to our customer support. After 48 hrs courier companies does not accept any POD dispute.
Please note that if an order is shipped and subsequently returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or incorrect phone number details, additional charges will apply. Specifically, a fee of ₹90 for delivery and ₹90 for return will be incurred.
